Commonwealth House Assisted Living

Commonwealth House is a small scale, 10 bed, family owned and operated care home in Warwick, RI. We strive to provide care that most closely resembles what one would find at home with family. Because of our location in an upscale single level residence, we are able to preserve the feeling of home while providing all of the services of a large assisted living. Our skilled staff is fully licensed in their field, but at the same time, they are given the freedom to engage our 10 residents as people, not numbers. Our small scale allows us to do away with the corporate structure and hierarchy found at most Assisted Living facilities. This way we can concentrate on the person, providing the most personalized care possible to the resident.
