Smithfield Gardens Assisted Living

Smithfield Gardens Assisted Living is a subsidized full service Assisted Living facility for Seniors age 65 and older who qualify by income and asset levels. We offer spacious one bedroom apartments (Average 525 sq. ft.) and a full range of services included up to 25 hours of care provided by Masonicare. Assisted Living Services include but are not limited to medication management, or assistance with showers or help dressing. These services are typically paid for through participation in the CT Home Program for Elders – meaning no cost to you. In addition we provide as part of our core services weekly housekeeping, laundry, three meals per day, recreation activity and arrangement for transportation.
