The executive chef, Kfir (an Israeli) caters to all diets, comes out of the kitchen to talk to people who live there and takes tons of special orders. Off the menu is a regular thing. Lloyd runs the staff and is a gracious and kind man, often dealing with unexpected guests. He seats everyone, makes sure all orders are taken…”
